Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, perfume, deodorant or any odour
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll assist you with another available size or provide store credit of the same value.
Exchange Process
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via whatsapp at +6011-53786862 with:
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photo of the item (if required)
Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
